Privacy notice
This notice is a placeholder until a lawyer reviews it. RecruitMCP processes recruiter account data and the candidate profiles you choose to fetch. Profile cache has a TTL. You can delete one person or the workspace cache. Charge ledger rows and the audit log are kept. We do not sell a database dump.
Right to object
Article 21 of the GDPR is the right to object. You can object to processing of a professional profile that relates to you, including its use in search results and in outreach. Send the request from the opt-out form. A confirmed request is applied automatically. The deadline is 30 days and the target is 7 days.
