Pricing, answered
What does a typical role cost?
A plan for 40 people estimates up to 120 credits, about €1.58 at the top-up price. The plan shows the real range first.
Do credits expire?
Packs are valid 12 months. Plan credits stay for the cycle that granted them plus 2 more. The 1,250 free credits last 30 days. The soonest expiry is spent first.
What if I run out mid-run?
The run stops at your balance and nothing is charged beyond it. Top up and extend the run: it continues from its checkpoints and doesn't pay again for pages it already has.
How does the contact add-on cost work?
It is priced per contact found, and the price is in the estimate before it runs. Nothing found, nothing charged.
Is outreach billed per message?
No. Outreach is €49 per connected account per month, so a message is never a reason to send more.
